School Fees

School provided lunch is compulsory for students in Kindergarten and Primary school. If parents wish to provide students with their lunch (in special cases only), they must inform the administration for approval. School fees are subjected to increase 6% to 10% every year.

ADVANCE PAYMENT

Any advance payments for the cost of the entire year’s tuition will receive a 3% discount (for 2nd semester only) on the tuition fees.

LATE ENTRY

Student entering the school within the first 3 weeks of the semester will pay the full tuition fee.

For students entering the after the first 3 weeks of the semester, the tuition is calculated from the date of enrollment.

LATE PAYMENT

The Tuition fee must be paid full each semester: If the tuition fee is paid in installment, each installment will be paid in cash will incur,

 

2 installments             : 5% additional charge

3 installments             : 6% additional service charge, calculate on the unpaid balance

 

All fees for the previous term must be paid before a student will be allowed to attend classes.

OVERDUE POLICY

A late of 10 USD for each day past the due date will be added to the invoice.

All fees, including the application and assessment charges, must be paid within 2 weeks of the student being accepted.

Any student whose account is in arrears for more than one month will be suspended until the payment is made.

REFUND POLICY

80% of the fees will be refunded if a student withdraws prior to the beginning of the school term

50% of the fees will be refunded if a student withdraws between 1-21 days subsequent to the commencement of the school term

 

25% of the fee will be refunded if the student withdraws between 22-39 days subsequent to the commencement of the school term.

 

No refund will be given if a student withdraws after 40 or more days subsequent to the
commencement of the school term.

Any refund will be processed within 30 days of the official withdrawal form.

DISCOUNT POLICY

Discounts and benefits only applies for one time payments.

Discounts and Benefits are not applicable with installation payments.

Discounts and Benefits are only available within the limited time.

Discounted Tuition Fee payments are all non-refundable.

DISCOUNT POLICY

We accept up to 50% of the total fee via online payments. (Card, Mobile Banking, Ibanking…)

Credit card payment will incurr additional 3%.

We follow Central Bank Rate for currency exchange. (subjected to change according to enrollment date.)
